How does one gain 6lbs inside of a week, working out everyday and watching what they eat.... I don't get it... This up and down shit is getting to me... I'm sick of the heartache and tears everytime i step on that scale and realize that all the hard work isn't paying off.

I don't know what to do anymore... I have a wedding to go to next weekend, and at this rate, my dress will be too small...

To do list for today:

-Eat something... something healthy... i know subway can be healthy, but you can't have it 3 days in a row and not have much else...

-Work out for at least 45 minutes... you've been doing really good! You've lost 15lbs... people have noticed!

i'm going to bleach the underneath of my hair, the underneath of my bangs and some chunks everywhere else...
if it looks good, i'll keep it that way for a few days so my hair can relax... if not:
i dye the whole thing red.
if THAT looks good, i'll keep it for a few days, let it relax some more... if not:
i bleach the ends of some strands...
if it looks good, awesome!
